Merging Worlds – Cities & Nature in Double Exposure (Series I)

Merging Worlds is a series of double exposure images that explore the intricate relationship between urban cityscapes and the vastness of natural landscapes. By carefully selecting and overlapping two contrasting images that blend together harmoniously, I seek to convey the interconnectedness between humanity and the natural world. Despite their apparent differences, cities and nature are inextricably linked, constantly influencing and shaping one another.

In this series of double exposures, I want to blur the line between reality and imagination by creating surreal, dreamlike worlds. Beyond the visual allure, I want these merged worlds to encourage introspection about our place in the world, our impact on the environment, and the delicate balance between urban development and ecological preservation.
