Development of Four Immersive Themes:
●  Designing and creating four unique immersive themes for Amazon Alexa devices.
●  Themes should be compatible with Echo and Echo Show Devices.

Content Creation:
● Developing bespoke experiences for each theme, including graphics, audio, and interactive elements.
● Collaborating with external stakeholders (Warner Bros., Disney, Sony, 20th Century) to incorporate licensed content
into the themes. Testing and Quality Assurance:
● Conducting thorough testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and compatibility of each theme across different Alexa devices.
● Addressing any bugs, glitches, or user experience issues identified during testing. Stakeholder Engagement:
● Engaging with internal stakeholders (Daniel Rausch, Rohit Prasad, Dan Fuller, Drew DeBruyne) to align on project objectives, priorities, and timelines.
● Obtaining feedback and approvals from external stakeholders (Warner Bros., Disney, Sony, 20th Century) for content and design decisions.
Project Management and Documentation:
●  Overseeing the project from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budget
management.

OUTSIDE OF SCOPE
Development of Additional Themes:
● The project will focus on developing four specific immersive themes and will not include the creation of additional
themes beyond the scope defined. Hardware Development:
● The project will not involve the development or modification of hardware components of Amazon Alexa devices. It will focus solely on software development for the themes.
Localization and Internationalization:
● Localization of themes for different languages and regions is not within the scope of this project. It will focus on
themes designed for a specific target audience. Marketing and Distribution:
● The project will not include marketing strategies or distribution plans for promoting and selling the themes. It will focus on the design and development aspects only.
Continuous Maintenance and Updates:
● While the project may include initial testing and refinement of the themes, ongoing maintenance, updates, and
support post-launch are not within the scope of this project.
