The good folks at Opera Browser commissioned me to create a series of custom wallpapers that would allow their users to customise their web experience. They wanted to create something that is inspired by a young, creative and contemporary African audience.
For my illustrations, I was inspired by my audience, and their creativity, expression and innovation. Africans are inspired to be the protagonists in their own stories, to chart their unique paths in their own vibrant style and the internet is a vast bridge that has brought them closer to the resources that will help them achieve their dreams.
