First Bank launched the new platform - Undivided Attention, reassuring customers that "Whatever happens, you have our undivided attention". We dramatised the customer-centric positioning with a series of entertaining obstacles that try to get the bank clerk's attention, with no success. 

The campaign was launched on TV and in digital, with different vignettes, covering all bank products.
