This book describes the actions of social programs of SADER about the cultivation of many species of Maize in Mexico. It is a catalogue of many Maize species producers.
The publication size about 9 x 6 inch and its configured on 8 columns layout. The typography used is Meta Pro and Meta Serif (designed by Erik Spiekermann), these fonts are distributed for Adobe Fonts.
I design this publication mainly with Indesign and Photoshop. I love using GREP (Globally Search For Regular Expression and Print out) styles and advance tools for editing like Variables and Nested styles.
For photoillustration I used Topaz Impression 2 (now discontinued) and Photoshop. First i reintroduced the color of photo in Photoshop, then i applied a filter with many brush wide paths in Topaz Impression. After that i played with sharpen filters, artistic gallery filters in Phtoshop. Finally i adjusted colors of illustration.
