Sky Woman is a character from Native American mythology that I’m adapting for a new story.
The idea sprung from my “Creation” series, which adapts myths and folklore from around the world.
Sky Woman stories originated from the following tribes: Cayuga, Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Seneca, Tuscarora, and Wyandot (AKA Huron).
This page displays character studies for the core team: Awen, Koyota, Raven, & Mazie. Designs for other story characters will be developed later.
Coyote and Raven are popular trickster gods from the Native American west. Mazie is an original character.
