My team and I supported the entire IHS medical and dental recruitment efforts, loan repayment and scholarship programs, as well as other divisions and retention services, including the Improving Patient Care Program, Division of Epidemiology and Disease Prevention and the Division of Behavioral Health, with a full scope of communications, marketing, advertising and training support.
I helped bring to life the creative campaign "Opportunity. Adventure. Purpose."
and carried the key campaign elements through tens of thousands of deliverables
across all print, display, exhibit and online media including infographics, pamphlets,
magazines, booklets, brochures, e-newsletters, digital and social media, trade show and
display booths and more. Our efforts helped raise awareness about Indian health needs
and career opportunities and have reduced funded vacancies by as much as 38%.
