Recruitment Branding Update
After our previous rebrand, this government agency internally redesigned their website
so we were tasked with updating the brand visuals to remain consistent. We evolved the
design to improve upon the website and continued to showcase the wide range of
career paths available to diverse professionals from all backgrounds and perspectives.

I designed or art directed all of the refreshed creative which included online banner ads,
company profile and social media pages, social posts, customizable recruiter PDFs,
informational PDF guides, over 20 different career event slip sheets and more.
In addition, we also partnered with their Office of Diversity and Inclusion to create
attendee event booklets and event checklists for their Diversity Agent Recruitment
program events, internship flyers, social posts and internal digital communications.
