Worth Pop Up - Lets Talk Design

4 week project.

Brief:
Create 11 objects to be sold in a pop up shop at the end of term.

I wanted to question people and make them think so I decided to design (temporary) tattoos. I focused on designers and watched TED Talks, read books, manifestos and asked my peers to the questions that they ask themselves. I edited down the questions and designed each tattoo. They have all been handbound into a book where there is an introduction and an instructions page along with 10 different tattoos. Each book has a different selection of tattoos, there are 19 in total.

Each tattoo has a perforated edge so the tattoo can be ripped out without the book falling apart.

By using #letstalkdesign means everybody can share their thoughts and answers to the questions with the rest of the world.

During this project I kept a blog; http://popupartefact.tumblr.com/

The pop up shop is called Worth: and is from the 6-8th June 2014.
