4WD robot , i Start Designing using Auto-desk Inventor The Robot Consist of 4 Wheel + 4 Gear Box Motor , i Choose those motors depend on Specific Needed RPM , The Mounts for Motor we Fabricate Them Using 3mm Steel + and With Press Brake . The 2 Base of robot i Used 6mm Aluminum i Cut it using my CNC Router Machine 70 by 90 Cm^2 , Using Single Flute End mill and Aspire to generate G-code . i was able to cut it Perfectly with my Cheap Spindle 1.5KW . The Aluminum Profiles 2040 , i used Miter Saw to cut the profiles , i used the profiles as Spacers between Bottom Base and The Top Base . then i 3D printed The arm and Start Doing the Assembly : we forget to make Emergency Stop switch and it was headache , because the Outer Diameter of switch is 32mm . but we done the hole using step drill and drill Press.
For Electrical Part , i used Cy-tron Driver to control the motors . and Arduino Mega with Bluetooth Module ( my ESP32 Stock was 0 ) , the Esp32 is better for this project as it contain Bluetooth and WiFi Inside . to control the robot i simple software using Remote-xy
to build my mobile Control APP. in the End we achieved the Goal and we was able to move the robot and relieve some sensors reading using Arm part
