United States for Abortion is a passion project run by myself and a cofounder. Our goal is to feature abortion justice designs from contributors representing every corner of the U.S. and its territories, to reflect the residents’ majority support for abortion rights.
United States for Abortion offers abortion justice tee shirts, stickers, and posters. 100% of the profits go to the National Network of Abortion funds.
There is an ongoing call for design contributors on the website. There are many locations, identities, and perspectives not yet represented in the collection. We want the collection to include as many identities and perspectives as possible, because the ideological and demographic diversity of the abortion rights public is a powerful strength.

I contributed the Pennsylvania design. The Liberty Bell is an iconic symbol of American independence, located in Pennsylvania. On June 24, 2022 the court suddenly and harmfully retracted abortion from its interpretation of “liberty,” protected by the 14th amendment. We will not have liberty, until we have the right of self-determination over our own bodies.

We presented this project at the Humanities, Arts, Science and Technology Alliance and Collaboratory (HASTAC) 2023 Conference on Critical Making and Social Justice at the Pratt Institute.
