Smiley is about some person, that's is drawing a sad face on a piece of paper and at the point where the person finishes the drawing, the one sees the other hand as a new canvas.  The person starts carving a smiley into the skin. After the smiley is done the person stamps it onto the drawing next to the sad face. The drawn face then looks at the small bloody smiley next to him and it starts to smile.

Smiley govori o neki osebi, katera riše žalosten obraz na list papirja in na točki, ko oseba konča risbo, vidi drugo roko kot novo platno. Oseba začne vrezovati smeška v kožo. Ko je smešek narejen, ga oseba odtisne na risbo poleg žalostnega obraza. Narisan obraz nato pogleda majhnega krvavega smeška poleg sebe in se začne smehljati.
