FRANKENSTEIN or The Modern Prometheus by Mary W. Shelley

I worked on this very special project with Amaranthine Books. My involvement included designing the title of the book, designing the bookmark and cap letters for the chapters, as well as bringing to life the special vision the Amaranthine Books had for the illustrations. Each illustration is screen printed by hand with thermochromic ink to give it two phases sensitive to warm touch, so that every scene changes completely when the reader touches the illustration with their warm hand. The vision was to make the book interactive and to change the story by bringing human connection to the Monster.
The book came out in two separate and limited editions: The Doctor's Edition and The Monster's Edition.
