Recognising the importance of engaging with my colleagues at Sainsbury's, I personally took initiative of this project. Its main objective was to create visually appealing infographics or visual content specifically tailored for the Icare/Nectar boards and also, to establish an efficient and straightforward approach for sharing weekly results of the convenient and super stores within the Sainsbury's network. By accomplishing these aims, we achieved not only excel in customer satisfaction measurements on Icare but also to significantly enhance participation in the digital Nectar program.
