MIRON CHRISTMAS 2022
Every year Miron goes all out for the holidays, but this year I pushed things even further. I decided on creating a custom illustration for both the inside and outside of the yearly company card. The truck with the Christmas tree came first. Inspiration came from the red Miron trucks I see every day. Then, inside, I created the bed full of gifts.
Last year I reused the same key artwork for our St. Nick gifts, but this year I wanted something new. I created the nice mug of coffee with candy cane accents to match the gift itself. This year I was surprised with a second St. Nick gift on another day, so of course we needed yet another card. That's when I created the candle artwork and adorned it with the same white frame as the others, as though it were symbolically what enveloped all of the pieces.
This year we needed a custom printed box as well. I used the truck artwork on the cover, but wanted something more pattern-like for around the outside because I knew they'd be stacked at the gala. I wasn't prepared for the absolute mountain I saw when I arrived, however. The wreath I created for this made its way back onto the Christmas card as well, as that hadn't been printed yet. I thought it fit really well on the back side.
Another holiday gift was going out and the team really wanted to incorporate the Maya Angelou quote, so I created something else for that. The snow globe was for another invitation to a smaller party. It was the quickest piece here, but I really like some pieces of it.
We also needed plenty of signs, stickers, nametags, and letterheads of varying sizes and shapes. I also created a horizontal holiday Thank You card. And, I couldn't help but buy a nice pin of my truck illustration as well.
Of course, I also had to add some animations to the mix. I put in some falling snow and basic animations to the truck illustrations for our gala e-card as well as social media and digital signage around the office.
