Book Binding

I learned how to make books by using many different types of book binding techniques, such as the multi-signature case binding, coptic binding, medieval long-stitch binding, Japanese binding and its many variations, and accordion binding. I also created the single signature pamphlet, flag book, and tunnel book.

I was able to explore a variety of traditional and non-traditional book structures. I also learned how to construct a book using both historical approaches and contemporary structures.
