Brazil is one of the largest health markets in the world (8th) with an average expenditure of US$1109 per inhabitant per year. There are currently around 400,000 physicians working, of which 252,000 are under 60 years of age (a public that is more open to new technologies) and of these 188,000 work in their own offices (serving health plans and private consultations).

Additionally there are 240,000 physiotherapists, 16,000 occupational therapists, 373,000 psychologists and 340,000 dentists. An increasing number of health professionals have been adopting digital means both to record their activities, replacing paper records, and to attract new clients.

In an attempt to increase the number of customers, many professionals use multiple independent tools that do not interact with each other and bring a progressive increase in the Customer Acquisition Cost (Electronic Medical Records, Site Administration, Marketing Agency, Copywriter, Adwords). Due to the complexity and fragmentation of this information, many professionals are not sure of the total amount invested in the month and how much that investment brought in return.
