As Grofers became Blinkit, I was tasked with re-branding push notifications and finding a new brand tone and voice for Blinkit's changing audience. After months of experimenting (and failing), I finally found the tone that not only sky-rocketed our CTRs but also built a crazy brand presence for Blinkit online as one of the best marketing brands in the country. I'm extremely proud of having built Blinkit's CRM comms from the ground-up.
