Redundant Spaces

The logo is based on traditional London street signs.

These are some images of our artwork in a telephone box.
The zine inside and once folded.
This would count down until the beginning of the week.
Once the count down has finished the rest of the website would be accessible.
2 week project.

Collaborative project with Lily Paget and Melissa Bramall.

Brief:
Create and produce an identity and idea for a pop up shop that can pop up and pop down for one week with minimal waste left over.

This was a collaborative project with two friends. We chose to use paper and recycle paper as art students always have loads of paper left over at the end of the year. Our pop up show was an exhibition inside telephone boxes. We wanted to make something that has become redundant, a use. We would commision artists and designers to create a piece of artwork to be exhibited but without their names one there. The public would then have the chance to follow the trail around London to see them all with the map in our zine. At the end of the week we would have one big exhibition to showcase all of the work in the telephone boxes. The website would start off as a count down to the start and then to the exhibition on the final day. You could also purchase the exhibition book and view the map online as well.
