In 2013, Physicians Mutual sponsored a popular cooking show on Food Network. Many of the internal communications and events during that year were centered around a recipe or cooking theme. The 2013 All Employee Meeting was no exception. It was the largest internal event of the year and months of planning went into it. The chosen theme was "Recipe for Our Success". The event logo and overall look and feel features café-style chalkboard menu graphics and good homemade food.
