My latest 3D visualization project is centered around the renewal of a flat in a Viennese Altbau

Altbau, a German term meaning "old building," refers to the historic residential buildings that are an integral part of Vienna's architectural landscape. These structures were constructed between the mid-19th and early 20th centuries, showcasing the opulence and grandeur of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The Altbau buildings are characterized by their intricate facades, high ceilings, ornate moldings, parquet flooring, and large windows that flood the interiors with natural light.

I sought to create a harmonious living space that captures the best of both worlds. I tried to recreate the delicate balance between preserving historical charm and introducing modern amenities.

In these visualizations, I took the opportunity to integrate paintings created by some  Ukrainian artists and highlight the incredible talent that exists within Ukraine. These artists bring a unique perspective and style to their work, infusing the spaces with an added layer of uniqueness and cultural significance.
