In November we were tasked to create a mascot for Ministry of Manpower (KEMNAKER) for their job market program. We worked with Hilmi as the project director along with Rega and Dimmy as character and graphic designers. Faishol was the art director from our team’s side. The mascot approved is a swift named Jobi.
Representing Loyalty, focus, and charisma, We hoped that Jobi can bring vision and optimism to job seekers in Indonesia as well as the institution. As swift is also famous for its priceless nests, a symbol of hard work and passion to create for a better future.
Aside from the 3D character model, Losmunos was also responsible in creating the mascot introduction animation. Here is a little sneak peek of the creation process:
