The Saint Louis University 2022 President’s Report offers an overview of the many ways SLU impacts its students and region.
The response to the piece, printed in December 2022, has been overwhelmingly positive. It was mailed to all trustees, alumni, donors, faculty and staff, and many have reached out to SLU’s president to share their enthusiasm for the report.
The goals of the report are to inform and impress the reader. The piece aims to remind the SLU community — alumni, donors, faculty, staff and peers — of the university’s many accomplishments. This was achieved by covering a wide variety of topics and featuring many pride points.

After the initial mailing, a smaller, targeted mailing was sent out to peer institutions with a die-cut note featuring a message from the University President affixed to the cover of the report with a custom-made gold-plated clip designed to look like the university logo.
All reports were mailed in a custom-designed envelope.
