Flick is a UAE-based delivery technology company. The main purpose here is to close the delivery technology gap of businesses as an integrated solution. In the renovation work here, an application was designed for couriers working in the field and a useful web portal was designed for those carrying out the operation.

Delivery SaaS is a platform designed to provide businesses with a reliable and efficient way to manage their delivery operations. However, as the platform grew and evolved, it became clear that there were certain limitations in the existing design system that needed to be addressed in order to accommodate the feedback and needs of users.

One of the main challenges was to create a version of the platform that could grow and scale in line with user feedback. This required a more flexible and open-ended design system that was able to accommodate changes and innovations as they arose. In response to this challenge, a new UX Flow was developed that was more synchronized with the experience of couriers and portal mapping.

The new design system also featured instant reports that were designed to be more user-friendly and intuitive, allowing businesses and couriers to access and analyze data more easily. This helped to streamline the delivery process and provide users with more useful information about their operations.

In addition to these changes, the design system was also updated to be more open to integration and innovation. This meant that it was easier to integrate new features and functionalities into the platform, and to keep pace with changes and developments in the industry.

Overall, the updated design system has helped to make Delivery SaaS a more reliable, efficient, and user-friendly platform for businesses of all sizes. By incorporating feedback and responding to the needs of users, the platform has been able to stay at the forefront of the delivery industry and continue to provide value to its users.

As a designer and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of working on projects that have had a global impact. One such project that I am particularly proud of is the development of a user-friendly and intuitive interface that makes technology more accessible and user-friendly in complicated areas of the world.

The goal of this project was to create an interface that could be used by people in any area of the world, regardless of their level of technical proficiency or experience. To achieve this goal, I drew on my extensive experience in UX design and user research to develop an interface that was both easy to use and highly functional.

Throughout the development process, I was constantly guided by the principle of putting the user first. This meant taking the time to understand the needs and preferences of users in different regions of the world, and incorporating their feedback and insights into the design of the interface.

One of the most rewarding aspects of this project was seeing the impact that it had on people's lives. By making technology more accessible and user-friendly in complicated areas of the world, we were able to help people overcome barriers and improve their quality of life.
