For this project, I created a case study for Publicis showcasing a successful Doritos TikTok Dance Challenge. The challenge encouraged users to create their own unique dances using the Doritos packaging as a prop. To boost the campaign's visibility and appeal, the agency teamed up with dance sensation Kamo Mphela, creating a TikTok duet challenge featuring her and a Doritos filter.
The campaign went viral organically, generating significant engagement and buzz on social media. By leveraging the power of user-generated content and social media trends, the Doritos TikTok Dance Challenge proved to be an effective way to increase brand awareness and engage with a younger audience. The case study was submitted as an entry for the Bookmarks 2022 Awards, which celebrates excellence in digital marketing and advertising in South Africa.
