Legacy Garden | Key Visual & Motion Graphic

legacy garden
|
Although there are many new construction projects, Legacy Garden remains among the rare ones with the aim to preserve the ambience of traditional Hanoi. Inspired by the commerce culture of 36 streets in the Old Quarter, not only can Legacy Garden realize the taste and beauty of traditional Hanoi, but it also opens the door to a prosperous future right in the heart of the capital city.
Concept
|
The project’s key visual is inspired by Hanoimoi newspapers - a longstanding news agency in Hanoi.
This newspapers is typically glued onto a noticeboard, which is a signature sight near Guom Lake,
in the center of Hanoi city.
Graphic
|
Legacy Garden’s graphics stem from pictures that are attached to our beloved traditional Hanoi, such as messy power poles, pedicabs, antique architecture, trams, along with adding noise and grain texture to resemble printed newspapers.
Color palette
|
2 key colors chosen for Legacy Gardens are bluish-green and sand yellow, inspired by the signature windows and walls in Hanoi’s old architecture, combined with orange as a highlight.
