After brainstorming more than 30 different ideas, I began experimenting with the most promising options, which further narrowed down our options. We finally settled on a design to use for our first test build (EVT).  After several rounds of modifications based on feedback from our manufacturer and their first trial runs, my team and I refined the design for high volume production.
