In September of 2022, we moved the family from the San Francisco Bay Area to Blanes, Spain. This is a study of the built environment, which is profoundly different from what I'm accustomed to. The interaction of form, texture and light created by these architectural artifacts help me separate their subjective aesthetic value from their function.
