ROTC Trailer Wrap

ROTC Trailer Wrap
Project Brief:

The ROTC program at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi reached out with an inquiry about designing a trailer wrap for the small unit they tow with them to events. I had to consider design in both large-format and a 3-D space since the trailer had 5 individual sides. The client requested that photography of current ROTC students and events be included in the visuals for the design and that the University have some visual presence through subtle branding. Final deliverable would be a full trailer wrap for a 5-sided trailer with custom photo-collage visuals with subtle promotions of university branding.
This is a close-up of the photo-manipulation I was able to do with the supplied photography of the ROTC cadets. I incorporated a modern take on their current camouflage to help contrast with the gritty cropping of the photos.
This is a mock-up of the access side on the trailer. I made sure to take into consideration the scaling of elements and adjust the important design elements accordingly.
This photograph was taken by myself when I noticed that the trailer had come back from a fresh install of the newly designed graphic. It felt special seeing something I created in a fairly permanent application.
