This website converter was created for my need to convert sizes from pixels to rem. I have been difficult to implement website designs from pixels to rem and I had to use a calculator to convert them manually. Before I started building the pixel to rem website, I worked on designing the UX and UI for the website I'm creating. Here's a sneak peek at the design!
In the simple design above, there are desktop and mobile views, and after that, I created a motion design to make the website more interactive.
I added motion animations only to the navigation and scroll-to-bottom features. The navigation is kept simple with added icons for dark mode, language, and menu navigation. I also added some accessibility features, such as dark mode, and here is a preview of the design in dark mode.
I added a brief article explaining why using rem units in CSS coding for websites is beneficial, as it helps with search engine indexing and makes implementation easier.
