UI and UX design for a web app of the memorials Buchenwald and Sachsenhausen
"Dingen auf der Spur" gives visitors an insight into the history of the Buchenwald and Sachsenhausen concentration camps by focusing on historical objects. The web app was specially developed to help visitors prepare for their visit to memorial sites. With the help of interactive object stories, some of which were designed with 3D scans, visitors can gain insight into the lives and fates of the object's owners and gently prepare themselves for a visit to the memorials.
