BHAU DAJI LAD MUSEUM
Dr. Bhau Daji Lad Museum is the oldest museum in MUMBAI. Situated in the vicinity of Byculla zoo, Byculla East, it was originally established in 1855 as a treasure house of the decorative and industrial arts, and was later renamed in honour of Dr. Bhau Daji Lad Museum. Dr. Bhau Daji Lad Museum completed 150 year on 20 may 2022. On this day in 1872, the grand Museum building was thrown open to the public for the first time at its present site in Byculla.
