Teen Bedroom
This bedroom was created to replace a very conventional, low ceiling bedroom, furnished with an ordinary bedroom set.
The occupant was a 17 year old girl, who had many hobbies, and who needed several features in her bedroom that should become her HUB, where she would host her friends to study together or just hang out.

This angle shows the rotatable Poltrona Frau "Lullaby due" bed, the Bretz "Gaudi" sofa, the sliding art panels that serve as window shades, and the acrylic staircase that leads to the added mezzanine. Flooring is customized carpet, to enhance the layout.
this view is showing the whole bedroom from a virtual angle, the balcony door on the left, has a curtain that slides upward with a balanced mechanism, the mezzanine structure is completely supported by a metallic structure attached to the ceiling slab. the study / TV area is designed around a fixed bespoke cabinet .
this view shows the final development, after revising the staircase support, into a honey comb library, with dual access, from the lower level and from the mezzanine.
