Futon is an independent bakery own by Wendy Chao. Futon brings small moment of joy to pastry lovers' lives, which translated into the bakery name Futon, a Japanese padded quilt for use as a bed. And in Mandarin 麩堂 (fū táng) is the house of gluten.
Futon Bakery's is an Japanese and Chinese culture inspired brand. The emblem is a created from a combination of the word 堂, Mooncake and pie crust. The brand colour palette is heavily influenced by the plants in Asia and the colours of Japanese confectionery.
