As per the latest Income Tax Regulation, linking Aadhaar with PAN is mandatory, starting 01-Apr-2023. We advise our customers to link their PAN and Aadhaar to avoid inconvenience and continue enjoying seamless services.
Consequences of non-linking:
*Non-Aadhaar Linked PANs will become Inoperative effective April 1st,2023
*All future transactions(Financial & Non-Financial Transactions) will not be allowed for these inoperative PAN-tagged folios.
*Dividends will be continued to be paid but at a higher tax deduction of 20%.
