Recent work for Glasgow Orchestral Society’s spring concert and Covid-delayed celebration of their 150th Anniversary. Promotional materials including flyer, social media graphics and 12pp programme.

The headline piece is Beethoven's Symphony No. 9, featuring The City of Glasgow Chorus performing Ode to Joy.

The key visual photomontage was inspired by Friedrich Schiller's Ode to Joy poem and uses three images by Bryan Goff, Mathias Elle and NASA from Unsplash.

It was Beethoven's final symphony and the first symphony to incorporate vocal soloists and chorus. In 1985 it was adopted as the anthem of the European Union.
