How do you make a housing project between houses?

As an architect, you have this job... How do you reconcile the developer who wants, like any businessman, to make money... and not plant a "residence" between the houses?

You have to be patient and justify any gesture. Somehow, it's easier when the urban planning certificate also constrains you, the client wants as much as possible, the site is as it is and you have to reconcile them all.

We chose to divide the "block" into several small houses, with 2-3 apartments each, thus we managed to transform the building into a mini neighborhood of houses.

Time will tell if we have found the ideal solution, but we believe that we have come up with a good, humane project that satisfied the client's needs, we believe that it integrates quite well into the context and looks good we say.
It recently got building approval, therefor we'll see you on the construction site as soon as possible.

Process used:
We outline the project theme (what exactly needs to be done and what are the expectations) > Concept stage (we explore the possible options and identify the most suitable one) > Technical documentation for the building permit > Technical Project (we work out the details) > We make it a reality
