How long does it take to make a (Chiffon base) Roll Cake?
It takes at least 2 hours in total ( for an experienced home baker ),
from preparing ingredients, baking, cooling, making fillings, to the final assembly of the cake.
How long does it take to finish off a slice of the roll cake?
I guess the shortest could just be a minute.

10 mins was all that was needed to finish it off and to photograph.
The Japanese phrase “Itadakimasu” is most appropriate to describe my feeling.
“Itadakimasu” : is a way of saying thank you and giving respect and appreciation of your meal - from the cook who prepared it, to the farmer who grew the produce, to the actual produce that is being cooked.
