Iranian Garden poster

In commemoration of the "second celebration of Iranian Garden Day", I created a poster that was displayed at the Imam Ali Museum of Arts in Tehran on October 11, 2018. The poster was my own design, and my goal was to represent the centrality, geometry, and key elements of Iranian gardens in an abstract way.

I approached the design with great care, taking into consideration the important role that gardens have played in Iranian culture and history. The design needed to convey the essential elements of these gardens, such as the presence of water and lush vegetation, while also capturing the aesthetic beauty and harmony that characterizes these spaces.

Using an abstract approach, I incorporated geometric shapes and patterns to represent the layout and structure of Iranian gardens. Through the use of vibrant colors and stylized illustrations of plants and water, I aimed to capture the sense of life and vitality that is inherent in these gardens.
The end result was a poster that not only celebrated Iranian Garden Day, but also served as a tribute to the rich cultural heritage of Iran. I was thrilled to see it displayed at the Imam Ali Museum of Arts, where visitors were able to appreciate the beauty and complexity of Iranian gardens through my abstract interpretation.
