Dazed Path is an academic project for the Bachelor graduation in Graphic Design and Art Direction at NABA Milano. The project aim to communicate the importance of dreams and introspection in everyone's life in order to build a better relationship with the world around us. The animation takes the point of view of the dreamer that goes through this introspective journey in his soul suggested by different visions communicating specific messages (but feel free to interpret it with your subjectivity). Visuals have been designed to find a new experimental way to use 3d and ended up with a strong post production in after effects, helping to build this dreamlike imaginary that is the core of this project.
The project is followed by a book that expose all the research about the themes touched on the film and all the art that influenced the project also with a technical explanation on the choices I made in order to communicate the messages and the feelings I wanted to transmit to the watcher.
