Celebration of Prophet Muhammad's Birthday
The Maulidur Rasul is the historic day of Prophet Muhammad's birthday. Today falls on the 12th day of the month of Rabiul Awal in conjunction with the birth of the Prophet who falls on Monday, 12 Rabiul Beginning of the Elephant with the 23 April 571. He is the last prophet sent by Allah Subhanahu Wataala. His birthplace now has a small building known as Maulid Nabi.

Every year that day, Muslims around the world will be holding a celebration of the birthday of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w by holding several events such as parade, talks and so on. Many advantages and privileges will be given by Allah Subhanahu Wataala to those who can hold or attend the Maulidur Rasul.

We can see how great the people who glorify the Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam's birthday party, because when he intends to hold the Maulud of the Prophet, he is reckoned to be rewarded and glorified. Indeed, vowing to do something good is a prayer and is considered righteous deeds.
