The goal is to design packaging for the new scents. It needs to have a lunar design to it. The product will be released weeks or days before a full moon occurs to have a fun theme behind it. Darker colors, such as blues, blacks, greys, and maybe a hint of gold, should be used to stay with the night theme. The designs should also be created with a male demographic in mind.

Much of our competition has moved away from the elegant packaging experience in favor of a return or refill service, so we’re offering a limited purchase window. Our oil fragrances is not a scent done by other companies.

I chose Design #2 as the base design for my project. I would then alter to create three different unique designs for my packages—one with a full moon design, one-half moon, and one crescent.
