The type on the cover was screen printed on the backside of matte clear pvc plastic to protect the ink and cover materials. The intent of printing the cover as a "clear dust cover" was so that the title could be removed if the reader wanted to show only the image of the beach in their display of the book. 

Double sided wrapping paper (offset printed with silver spot ink).  Designed as incentive for holiday sales with local retailers. The image on the main side was an orignal from one of the publications.
