Strong concepts always start off as a concisely sketched proposed.
The integration of established branding style and "tone" was key... Application of colors, with a minimal line style and development of two main characters to "present" the content throughout the deck – offering clarity of content, to enhance the readers' engagement and recall.
Engagement of content and momentum is key. For "text-heavy" doc, a dynamic visual approach was offered. A key differentiator to typical internal docs – a method to "draw in" the readers and stimulate their minds!
Exported as .gif to show "Builds" used to present the content "with pace" throughout.
The final digital document was delivered as both pdf format and animated presentation for employees viewing independently.
Capturing the mode of delivery and intention that the "presented on-boarding deck" would be viewed on a large monitor, not personal devices.
