This complex renewal process was baffling our clients membership. Infographic to the rescue! I took this comprehensive and thorough process and broke in down into easy to follow, color coded bites of information and presented it in multiple forms. First I created a cubicle poster for easy member reference. Secondly, I created an in depth 4-page bi-fold brochure as a targeted printed collateral piece for member events as well as a web-ready version for an easy member reference tool. Finally, I created a postcard that was used as a more condensed leave behind for member events.
