I designed the colorway and details of Rajon Rondo's signature shoe to reflect the marathon and the city of Boston. The shoe was created for Rondo to pay his respect to the city a year after the bombing occured. The inverted uppers are based off of the yinyang and the principle of 'harmony." This also connects to the Chinese student who passed away during the events. Initials of the victims are screen printed on the upper. The yellow midsole and sole represents the finish line with grey speckle connecting to the pavement. The shoe also features a running bib inspired tag and David Ortiz's quote on the inner tongue. Rajon donated his pairs to the One Fund in order to help raise money for the victims.
