Genix Healthcare was founded in response to the severe shortage of NHS dentists. Their aim was, and still is, to make dental care accessible and affordable to all and to give both NHS and private patients an excellent standard of care.

Genix Healthcare is a nationwide dental corporate. All practices feature the very latest technology and have a high quality, contemporary design scheme to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed.

Contributing to a better future Genix Healthcare has ambitious plans; not only aiming to open many more practices and be the dental corporate of choice for the NHS, patients and employees, they want to make a difference to dental professionals, those starting out in the industry and the communities we serve.
We started of with an extensive audit of the company to fully understand the business. Focus on the brand update and application across all means, and strategies for practice managers to easily apply in their separate practices.
We created brand guidelines, updated all aspects of brand visuals and created social media accounts for each practice to individually connect directly with their customers. The new digital visuals all adhere to the bright, fresh and clean aesthetic. 
Updates to the website include a overhaul of the usability, customer journey and focus points for the customers to easily access the information they need instantly. They also have the function to book an appointment online or contact their local practice directly. 
Working with Genix we have created a standardised signage strategy for each new and existing practice. Therefore keeping all interior and exterior signage consistent across all practices in the UK. So each customer of whom enters any of the Genix facilities will instantly know it is Genix Healthcare.
