Project : Redesigning a Print Advert by Volkswagen
The main idea of the advert is to highlight that a Volkswagen can’t boil over. Therefore, I decided to create a hyperbole image that juxtaposes with its title IMPOSSIBLE. The centre of the image emphasizes a lady chef cooking on top of a VW, using the car’s roof rack as the stove. The steams are rising in an outward and upward movement, adding some dynamic rhythm to the static image. Lastly, the advert closes with the logo and the call-to-action to visit the website for more information.
