(method: the paper was folded 6 times divided by the length of my head, then each fold was painted by the corresponding body part with a brush: 

head-mouth; shoulder and chest-armpits; hands waist and elbow-right hand; thighs-knees; calves-right popliteal fossa; feet-right foot)

later painted with brush in hand and collaged into the version on the right
