The purpose of the Experiential Learning Centre (ELC) was two-fold.
In its educational capacity it was a spatial platform that gave children the opportunity to participate in experimental activity across the fields of science.
Socially, it was an informal learning environment that fostered social interaction and thus encouraged diminishing value systems amongst the children of today.
